    Amy began cooking Honey Bee Meals in December 2015 in Toronto, Canada. She wanted to make eating well stress-free & delicious. What started in her parent’s kitchen, has now grown into one of the top meal delivery options in the city! 

    Amy, a former NCAA athlete, is a Certified Holistic & Sports Nutritionist and CrossFit-L2 Trainer.

    Through her own health trials, Amy realized the power of real food and brought these principles to her own kitchen and life. Now these kitchen creations help our customers achieve their goals.
