When do I need to order by?
Orders for the entire week (both Sunday & Wednesday delivery) must be placed by Fridays @ 10am. Our menus changeover to the following week at this time. Please refer to the top banner on our website for up-to-date information on when your order will be serviced and delivered.
How do I know which meal option to select?
Our Fitness meals are balanced with protein, carbohydrate and fat and are our most popular option. Each meal contains approx. 35g protein, 40g carbohydrate & 10-17g fat per meal (approx. 350-450 calories per meal).
Our Performance meals are also balanced with protein, carbohydrate and fat and are our largest option. Each meal contains approx. 50g protein, 50g carbohydrate & 15-22g fat per meal (approx. 500-600 calories each per meal).
Our Keto meals are high in protein, packed with vegetables and are suitable for a ketogenic diet. Each meal contains approx. 35-50g protein, 20g carbohydrate & 15-22g fat per meal (approx. 400-500 calories per meal).

We also provide a label on each meal container listing the ingredients, number of total calories and grams of protein, carbohydrate and fat. Is this a subscription?
It can be! You can subscribe to our meal plans every week. Subscription orders are renewed every Thursday morning. If you need to change or cancel your subscription, please do so prior to Thursday.
If it would make your life simpler if we placed an order for you each week, we are also more than happy to do so - just contact us to set it up.
How are the meals packaged?
Our meals are packaged in individual fiber pulp compostable containers with recyclable lids. We deliver in our cooler bag with an eco-friendly, re-usable gel pack.
What do I do with the containers?
Please compost the bottom (green bin) and recycle the top (blue bin).
How do I store the meals?
Simply keep them in the refrigerator until you're ready to dig in!
How long do the meals last?
We cook from scratch each week: meals are meant to be consumed within 3 days of their delivery; snacks within 5-7 days. We do not guarantee freshness following this time.
Can I freeze the meals?
We recommend consuming all meals fresh but some customers do freeze certain meals – like our casseroles, chili and muffins.
How do I heat the meals?
All of our meal containers are microwave-safe. Some meals (like our salads) do not require heating.
To heat in the microwave: simply open the lid, leave loose on container, or remove entirely, and heat for 2-3 minutes. Heating time will vary depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference.
We recommend re-heating on the stove-top: simply empty the meal contents into a pan on medium heat and mix for a few minutes until heated through.
Remember to remove any plastic containers with sauces or dressings when re-heating. These containers are not microwave safe.
Can I change the macronutrient content of my meals?
Our macros are specifically formulated to serve you best. Unfortunately we do not provide custom meals at this time.
Can I alter a particular meal?
Unfortunately, we cannot change any components of a meal.
What if I am allergic or dislike a particular food?
No problem: simply order your meals individually and check our ingredients. Our ingredients are listed on each menu item page so you can select which are your favourites and avoid items due to allergies, dietary restrictions or other food preferences.
Remember that all of our meals are gluten, nut, soy, dairy and refined sugar free. If you want to discuss your allergies, intolerances or dislikes further please contact us.
I'm vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian... can I order your meals?
Yes you can! We have a few fish and 10 plant-based options every week.
Can I add dressings/sauces to the meals?
If you’d like to, sure! A splash of oil or vinegar with the greens would be a nice addition but the meals are perfect to consume as prepared. Of course everyone’s palette is different so if you’d like to add something we recommend checking ingredient labels (if you can’t pronounce it, toss it!) and opting for dressings/sauces without added sugar, preservatives and other faux ingredients.
Are your ingredients organic/grass-fed/free-range/wild?
We source our produce daily from the Food Terminal and focus on local items and suppliers. Our animal protein is hormone and antibiotic free and fish is sustainable and Ocean Wise. We always use real, fresh and quality ingredients and source local produce and items whenever possible however our meals are not fully organic at this time.
How do you cook your protein?
Our chicken is always fully cooked through. Our steak is cooked medium-rare. Our fish is cooked medium. We cook this way to allow for re-heating and maximum enjoyment!
What oils do you use?
We only use high quality fats like: olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, truffle oil, sunflower oil & grapeseed oil. We do not use canola oil or vegetable oil… ever!
