Start your morning, or end your day, with our new Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins. Enjoy the amazing fall colours while you savour our new Super Seed Salmon prepared with honey, mustard, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds rich in vitamins and nutrients.
If you’re looking for some protein to begin the day, our dairy-free Kale & Turkey Frittata served with arugula and potatoes is the perfect breakfast or light meal anytime.
For a delicious Plant-Based lunch or dinner, try our new Autumn Bowl made with nutrient dense foods like kale, quinoa, chickpeas, butternut squash, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries.
If you’re a meat-eater, our new Korean Beef with rice or zucchini noodles or our new Chicken Souvlaki with grilled veggies and lemon roasted potatoes will hit the spot!
We’ve even launched a new menu: sides! These 4 new items are perfect to have in your fridge to make meal-time easy. Our Bean Salad, Coleslaw, Chickpea Salad and Potato Salad are all oil & vinegar based, which are not only good for you but great for a little something extra with your meal or for a healthy snack.
