Our new Winter Menu is here and we combine old favourites with some brand new choices! Our menus change weekly and feature our Classic, Low Carb, Plant Based, Essentials and Breakfast meals that all deliver on our healthy and delicious promise.
Try this new plant-based, vegan meal this season: Harissa Cauliflower: Harissa-spiced roasted cauliflower with lemony chickpeas and kale. Served with a container of tahini.
Our famous made-from-scratch soups are back! Tomato Soup, Butternut Squash Soup, Carrot Soup and Green Pea Soup. All are vegetable based and come in a 1 litre re-usable jar.
Our winter menu would not be complete without chili. Our Beef Chili is a hearty meal with ground beef, diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, corn niblets and kale. Served with a made-from-scratch cornbread muffin (Regular/Large) OR spaghetti squash ‘noodles’ (Low Carb).
For a vegetarian or vegan option, our Black Bean Chili is a hearty plant-based chili with black beans, sweet potatoes, bell pepper and kale.
Our new menu has options for every diet: gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, low-carb or a combination of them all! Our well balanced and delicious meals arrive at your doorstep prepared with fresh wholesome ingredients that provide the fuel your body needs to conquer your day.
