Our new Fall Menu is here and we combine old favourites with some brand new choices! Our menus change weekly and in addition to the 10 weekly meals on our Classic, Low Carb and Plant Based menus we’ve added 10 more budget-friendly meals that still deliver on our healthy and delicious promise!
Our vegan Southwest Sweet Potato is brimming with a spiced mixture of diced tomato, black beans, corn, bell peppers and red onion. We have many vegan options every week so be sure to check out our website and app for the latest choices.
If you’re a meat-eater, our Beef Stroganoff will hit the spot. Inspired by Grandma Honey Bee’s recipe, slow cooked strips of beef in a mushroom sauce with rosemary and thyme. Served with gluten free pasta (Regular/Large) OR spaghetti squash ‘noodles’ (Low Carb). A We’re featuring Roast Brisket on our fall menu which is served with braised peas and carrots and either mashed potatoes or parsnip mash.
Our healthy muffins are the perfect sweet treat (without the guilt). Like our entire menu, all of our muffins are gluten, dairy and nut free. Choose from our Banana Chocolate Chip, Cranberry Orange or Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins, great for breakfast or a snack.
