Lentils pack about 9g of protein per 100g & just two tablespoons of hemp seeds provide another 7g. By focussing on the right ingredients, plant-based protein can adequately fuel you, your body and lifestyle.

Sometimes plant-based foods can be falsely advertised as "healthy". While perfectly fine as part of an overall healthy diet, be careful with certain items.

We've "Honey Bee'd" the classic Falafel (baked, not fried!) and serve these patties with a lemon kale salad and quinoa tabbouleh with cucumber, tomato and fresh herbs. 

Thanks to the chickpeas and quinoa, this meal is packed with protein and fibre. Plus you're getting lots of antioxidant rich greens & flavour!
