Try our Low Carb breakfast options including our Low Carb Eggs and Sausage, Low Carb English Breakfast or Low Carb Steak & Eggs. These new low-carb meals make great keto-friendly lunches or dinners too.
Our new Mediterranean Salmon with quinoa, grilled eggplant, zucchini, red onion and tahini sound is a perfect summer meal - filled with healthy vegetables and omega-3 packed protein. r Watching your carbs or following a ketogenic diet? Try the Low Carb version, served with roasted cauliflower instead of quinoa. Our Italian Chicken Meatballs are back with new & improved sides with gluten-free pastaorzucchini noodles & red pepper flake broccoli. It’s BBQ season and we’re grilling juicy chicken thighs served with crunchy sautéed cabbage, roasted carrots & mashed potatoes. Remember that all of our animal-protein meals come with a low carb option so you can sub the mashed potatoes for extra veggies like bell peppers, broccoli & cauliflower.

Try our new Low Carb Mushroom Risotto and Low Carb Ratatouille… full of hearty plant-based ingredients without the extra carbohydrates. Popular favorites returning to our menu are our Plant Nicoise Bowl, crisp and filling prepared fresh with kale, radicchio, arugula, romaine, chickpea, potato, green bean, olive, red onion, cherry tomato and bell pepper topped off with a lemon dijon dressing and our Garbanzo Greek Salad with romaine lettuce, bell pepper, red onion,cucumber, tomato and chickpea made irresistible with a garlic lemon dressing!
