We love to introduce new items to our healthy & delicious menu each season. Whether you enjoy a classic, paleo, keto, vegetarian or vegan diet we’re excited to feature some brand-new meals on our summer menu! Prepared, as always, from scratch with ingredients that not only taste good but are good for you we have created our new summer menus to celebrate what nature offers us.
Start your morning with our new Coconut Chia Pudding with toasted coconut shavings. Chia seeds are rich in fiber & heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. If you’re looking for some more protein to begin the day, our dairy-free Caprese Frittata with fresh basil, tomatoes & pesto potatoes is the perfect breakfast or light meal anytime. For a delicious Plant-Based lunch or dinner, try our Lentil Bolognese with spaghetti squash and red pepper flake broccoli. If you’re a meat-eater, our Balsamic Steak served with corn on the cob & fresh green beans is the perfect summer meal. Our Low Carb sides feature lots of fresh vegetables like cabbage, asparagus and bell peppers. We hope you enjoy our Summer Tilapia with homemade mango salsa & mashed sweet potato on your patio – even with a glass of wine!
