We always have health and wellness top of mind. We deliver our freshly cooked gluten, nut, soy and dairy free meals in a variety of types and sizes on Sundays and Wednesdays. Whether you enjoy Classic, Low Carb or Plant Based meals we believe that fueling your body with healthy and nutritious foods is one of the keys to feeling great. The other key is moving regularly, which is both beneficial for our mental and physical health: the endorphins we produce thanks to exercise helps keep us feeling great and motivated while the strength we gain or endurance we achieve maintains a healthy body.
Once you have found a sport you love, make sure you are properly dressed, preferably in layers, to ensure that you can easily manage the weather. Skiing, both downhill and cross country, skating and hiking are perfect solo or group activities. Consider staying motivated and in touch with friends and family by making it a point to get together regularly and focus the get together around a sport. Not only will you all have fun…your body will appreciate the exercise. Be sure to bring a snack for longer activities. Our Energy Balls or Muffins are the perfect on-the-go healthy snack. The protein, carbohydrate and fat helps to fuel your activities and keep you feeling strong! Remember to stay hydrated with water and electrolytes.
